A former UPS employee was recently charged with the theft of two iPhone X’s, which were scheduled for delivery to customers.
Investigators were called by an official of the UPS Customer Service Center after they were told of cellphone equipment disappearing from a loading dock while one specific employee was working.
A deputy on the case watched out and has been reported seeing the former employee put two boxes behind a tire rack. Later on, the deputy intervened when the employee walked up to a red car that drove up. When the deputy ordered Sherraud Jones to put his hands behind his back, both of the UPS boxed fell to the ground.
The two phones valued at $2,400
