Former Seneca Foods Employee Pleads Guilty to Theft

Chad Alexander Phillips pled guilty to stealing more than $35,000 from Seneca Foods.

 He made unauthorized purchases using a company credit card, whereby he stole equipment and electronics, and pocketed company money scrap recycling profits.  He is scheduled to be sentenced on December 12th.
