Mary Pfingston is charged with financial exploitation of the elderly, class 2 felony theft, and three counts of class 3 felony public contractor misconduct
The offense took place at Asbury Garden in North Aurora. Pfingston was working for Senior Services Associates the indictments stated that she stole between $5,000 and $50,000 over a two month span.
Pfingston could be sentenced between three and seven years in prison or probation if convicted of the most serious charges.
